Do you give calories and macros or just meal plans?
Both! How structured your meal plan is will be completely up to you. Each client will receive a calorie and protein target, updated regularly. Based on this, I will help you set up a more structured eating routine to help you hit these numbers consistently. You also will have access to my cookbook for a full list of meal / snack ideas to hit your nutrition goals in the best way possible.
How do I check in? How often should I be checking in?
For optimal communication, I recommend doing weekly or biweekly check in calls via zoom. I also will be available via DM whenever you have any questions or concerns. The coaching app also has a messaging feature for if you have any workout related questions.
